What to expect

During this 90 day program you will meet weekly with your coach for a total of 12 sessions.  Each session will be 60-minutes.  Sessions can be in person, by phone or via video conference.

You'll pick one or two goals to work on during the program.  Between each session you'll have a few action steps to complete.
